Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order placement and are shipped with Aus Post, Couriers Please or DHL. Overnight orders shipped to a PO Box can take up to 2 business days to be delivered. International orders ship via Aus Post International Express. Orders containing HairMax devices are shipped with signature required and tracking numbers are sent via email after shipment.
If the customer refuses delivery, HairMax Australia reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or customs and duty charges, as well as a 20% restocking fee from any refund due.
Multiple shipping attempts from HairMax may incur additional shipping fees.
International Orders – Customs/Duty Charges and Currency Conversion
Orders shipped internationally may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country for importation. Please note these fees are assessed as part of the import process and are not charges from HairMax Australia.
Money Back Guarantee – 5 months
We guarantee your satisfaction. HairMax laser devices can be returned within 20 weeks (5 months) less a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. This money back guarantee is effective from the date of delivery. You will be required to pay for the return shipping costs and the applicable restocking fee (stated above). Please note that only orders placed directly through HairMax Australia are eligible for the money back guarantee.
Over 90% of our users do see noticeable benefits with continued HairMax use. Money back guarantee only valid for orders placed directly with HairMax Australia. Shipping fees on orders placed and shipped are non-refundable.
Returns cannot be made without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please email email@example.com with your contact details and a support representatives will call you and issue a unique (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return laser devices. Devices will only be accepted as a return, if they are in as-new working condition. Hairmax Australia will provide credit to credit card or PayPal account. Ship the product with the RMA number with insurance and a tracking number to the address above. Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued, the device must be postmarked for return within 10 days. Failure to comply may result in HairMax Australia refusing the parcel. The following items are final sale and non-refundable: HairMax for density Shampoo, Conditioner, Revitalizer, Activator, Hair Fibers and all HairMax accessories.
All returns/exchanges must include the complete device kit in order to receive a refund or an exchanged device.
Refunds for laser devices do not include return shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, and/or international shipping charge.
HairMax laser devices are warrantied for 2 years against defects in materials or workmanship from HairMax Australia. HairMax may extend this warranty period under certain conditions. Please refer to user manual for complete warranty information.
To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product freight paid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, together with your name and address.
HairMax Australia does not disclose buyers’ information of any kind to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland applicable to agreements negotiated, executed and performed wholly and solely within the State of Queensland. The parties agree that the State of Queensland's conflicts of laws rules shall not apply to this Agreement or any transaction performed by or under this Agreement.
