How do I register for my warranty?
All Hairmax® devices purchased through Hairmax AU or from an authorised distributor include an automatic 1-year factory warranty. This warranty is based off the serial # found on the device. Therefore, it is not necessary to register your warranty. For warranty questions or concerns, please contact a customer support specialist between the hours of 8am
and 4pm AEST, Monday through Friday, on 07 3198 2484.
I would like to send my Hairmax® laser device back for a return for refund. Where do I send it to and how long does the refund take?
If you purchased your Hairmax® laser device directly from hairmax.com.au, we offer a 6 Month return policy for laser devices through our money back guarantee including a 20% restocking fee, return shipping must be paid by the customer. Returns cannot be made without a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). Laser devices will only be accepted as a return, if they are in as-new working condition. Prior to returning, please call us on 07 3198 2484 to speak with an experienced customer support representative, and our support representatives will issue a unique RMA number and provide instructions on how to return laser devices. Our customer support hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm AEST. When returning your Hairmax® laser device, please include the RMA # (given to you by a Hairmax AU representative) on the front of the package. Ship Returns to: PO Box 550 Kenmore, 4069. When shipping your Hairmax® laser device, please obtain insurance for the full value of the device and a tracking # from the courier service for your records. This will allow you to see when your package was received by Hairmax AU. Once returned, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be issued back to your method of payment or via check. Please note that once a Return Merchandise Authorisation has been issued, the device must be postmarked for return within 10 days. Failure to comply may result in Hairmax AU refusing the parcel.

All returns/exchanges must include the complete device kit in order to receive a refund or an exchanged device.
Refunds for laser devices do not include return shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, and/or international shipping charge.
May I return my Hairmax® laser device outside of the money back guarantee period?
Only orders placed directly through Hairmax AU are eligible for the 6 Month money back guarantee (including a 20% return shipping and handling fee off the purchase price). Once outside of the Month period, you may no longer return the device. The 6 Month money back guarantee is effective from the date of order.
May I return the Hairmax® hair care products if I am not satisfied?
If purchased through our special bundle offer, in the event of return of the Laser Device, you may keep the Hairmax® hair care products as our gift to you.
Do you provide a warranty on the Hairmax® laser devices?
We strive to provide the highest quality in the manufacturing of our Hairmax® laser devices. The devices come with a 1-year factory warranty. If your Hairmax® device is not functioning properly, you may need to send it back to be repaired or replaced by our warranty department. If the Hairmax® device is still within the 1-year warranty time period, the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the device is outside the warranty period, please contact a Hairmax® representative for further assistance (between the hours of 8am and 4pm AEST, Monday through Friday, on 07 3198 2484). To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product freight paid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, together with your name and address. For complete warranty terms, please refer to the ‘User Manual’ included in the box with your device. Prior to sending your Hairmax® back for repair, please contact us with the device, power cord
