How do I register for my warranty?
All HairMax devices purchased through HairMax Australia or from an authorised distributor include an automatic 2-year factory warranty. This warranty is based off the serial # found on the device. Therefore, it is not necessary to register your warranty. For warranty questions or concerns, please contact a customer support specialist between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm AEST, Monday through Friday, at 61 (07) 3198 2484
I would like to send my HairMax laser device back for a return for refund. Where do I send it to and how long does the refund take?
If you purchased directly through Lexington International, we offer 5 month money back guarantee (less a 20% restocking fee off the purchase price). Prior to returning, please call us to speak with an experienced customer support representative, 61 (07) 3198 2484. Our customer support hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5:00 pm AEST. When returning your HairMax laser device, please include the RMA # (given to you by a HairMax Australia Representative) on the front of the package. Ship Returns to: PO Box 550, Kenmore, Queensland 4069. When shipping your HairMax laser device, it is a good idea to obtain a tracking # from the courier service for your records. This will allow you to see when your package was received by HairMax Australia. Once returned, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to issue back to your method of payment.
May I return my HairMax outside of the money back guarantee period?
Only orders placed directly through HairMax Australia are eligible for the 5 month money back guarantee. Once outside of the 5 month period, you may no longer return the device. The 5 month money back guarantee is effective from the date of purchase.
May I return the HairMax hair care products if I am not satisfied?
If purchased through our special bundle offer, in the event of return of the Laser Device, you may keep the HairMax hair care products as our gift to you.
Do you provide a warranty on the HairMax laser devices?
We strive to provide the highest quality in the manufacturing of our HairMax laser devices. The devices come with a two-year factory warranty. If your HairMax device is not functioning properly, you may need to send it back to be repaired or replaced by our warranty department. If the HairMax device is still within the 2-year warranty time period, the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the device is outside the warranty period, please contact a HairMax representative for further assistance (between the hours of 9am and 5pm AEST, Monday through Friday, at 61 (07) 3198 2484). For complete warranty terms, please refer to the ‘User Manual’ included in the box with your device. Prior to sending your HairMax back for repair, please contact us with the device, power cord and cradle available for troubleshooting. How does the money back guarantee work?
The HairMax laser devices are backed with a 5 month money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the device for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. This money back guarantee is effective from the date of delivery. You will be required to pay for the return shipping costs and the applicable restocking fee (stated above). Please note that only orders placed directly through HairMax Australia are eligible for the money back guarantee. Prior to sending your HairMax back for return, kindly contact our customer support between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm AEST, Monday through Friday, at 61 (07) 3198 2484. A HairMax Australia representative will be standing by to assist you with an RMA number and complete shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
